Technical Questions
When direct current is applied, the inductance value generally decreases due to magnetic saturation of ferrite. This characteristic is called DC superposition characteristic. If the DC superposition characteristic is poor, the power supply characteristic "ripple voltage" may increase.
The characteristic of the inductor required varies depending on the operation mode in which it is desired to improve the power supply efficiency.
The DC resistance represents the resistance value when the inductor is measured under DC. The greater the resistance value, the greater the power loss.
Please refer to the following storage methods for chip inductors:
(1) should be in the temperature -10~+40 ℃, relative humidity 15 ~ 85% and the temperature and humidity will not change indoor storage.
Do not store it in a chemical environment containing sulfurous acid gas or alkaline gas, otherwise the electrode will oxidize, the solderability will deteriorate, and the winding part of the chip inductor will corrode.
(2) Do not keep it in bulk. Otherwise, the chip inductors will collide with each other or with other goods, resulting in core breakage or disconnection.
(3) In order to avoid the influence of moisture and dust, do not put it directly on the floor, but put it on a tray for safekeeping.
(4) Do not keep it in places with direct sunlight, heat and vibration.
The solid tantalum capacitor is a product of small volume and large capacitance in the capacitor. Tantalum capacitors come in a variety of shapes and are made into small and chip components suitable for surface mounting. Tantalum capacitors are not only used in military communications, aerospace and other fields, but also in industrial control, film and television equipment, communication instruments and other products. Tantalum electrolytic capacitors have the properties of storing electricity, charging and discharging, and are mainly used in filtering, energy storage and conversion, mark bypass, coupling and decoupling, and time constant components.
An inductor is an element that can convert electrical energy into magnetic energy and store it. The structure of an inductor is similar to that of a transformer, but with only one winding. Inductors have a certain inductance, which only hinders the change of current. If the inductor is in a state where no current is flowing, when the circuit is on, it will try to prevent current from flowing; if the inductor is in a state where current is flowing, it will try to maintain current when the circuit is off. Inductors are also known as chokes, reactors, and dynamic reactors.
Inductance coil is a kind of equipment that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction. When current flows through a wire, a certain electromagnetic field is generated around the wire, and the wire of the electromagnetic field itself will induce the wire in the electromagnetic field range. The effect of generating an electromagnetic field on the wire itself is called "self-inductance", I .e., the varying current (chan) generated by the wire itself produces a varying magnetic field, and this field further affects the current in the wire; the effect produced on other wires within the range of this electromagnetic field.
